A first kind of Guideline

First tip:
In order to avoid technical problems and problems due to lack of knowledge or missing material – always care for your preparation.

And:
Besides that both beginners and professionals expect or experience a lot of difficult situations which seem to be typical for a training environment. In order to avoid nervousness and stressful situations and therefore less effective training it is valuable for trainers to get a kind of guideline either to be able to cope with them or even in order to avoid them.

The attached list affords some typical situations and proposes some typical options how to deal with difficult situations.
